To initiate this process, please call or text us, provide the required details, including your needs, identity, preferred date and time, and residential square footage, and then wait for our confirmation. 

We arrive at every cleaning appointment fully equipped with vacuum, mops, and bucket, and freshly laundered linens. Thus, the answer is yes, we provide the necessary cleaning supplies.

Payment for services is accepted via e-transfers. To confirm bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job. Please note that our prices are calculated based on square footage.  

Yes, of course! Just contact us 24 hours before your rescheduling.

Absolutely! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services, which is why we proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, your are not entirely satisfied, kindly take a photo, if possible, of the area in question and contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will promptly return to address the issue free of charge.
